Bosch Dishwasher - Suddenly won't drain & can't re-start

We have a Bosch dishwasher SMI 55 that suddenly stopped working in the middle of the cycle. It was filled with water and the power has stopped. We found a small piece of glass in the filter that we removed and the fuses seem to be fine. We can't get the power to come on to complete the washing cycle.... Any suggestions anyone?.....hard to live without a dishwasher
