Bosch GBH24V

Hi, My Bosch GBH 24V cordless drill is playing up. Occasionally under load, the chuck will not turn and makes a ratcheting noise as if a clutch is slipping or it seems to act like a power screwdriver when the torque setting has been exceeded. Easing off and starting again usually does the trick for a short while but obviously need to sort it before it gets any worse. Has anybody got any advice please?
