to be fair the modern 10.8/12v brushless tools is nearing as good as an old fashioned 18v
in deed by slightly lower gearing they have exactly the same capacity but at perhaps 10-15% slower rate off progress
I'm not sure how many drills I have, but the 10.8 is the one I use the most.
The impact driver the least used drill I own mainly because of its inflexibility, great for certain jobs but over rated and noisy in my opinion, and then there is the white finger issue with long term use.

If that were the case my hands would be jiggered by now.
Do 8 hours non stop screwing on roofs with my 400bl many a time.
Thats about 3000 screws. About 6000 in the whole roof.
Its a doddle really.
As long as the roof is dry and I don't go sailing over the side.

Have tried the drill and it does have the effect of twisting your wrist.
