boxing in an rsj

Hi guys.

Ive just had an rsj installed and to save on costs, I want to box it out myself and then skim it.

Just wondering how you box it out, Do you fit noggins inbetween the I beam? If so do you just wedge them in, or do you need to fix them with something? I take it once i have fit the noggins I need to box out with fire resistant plaster board?
