Brand new Braun "all-in-one" trimmer 3

Brand new trimmer with two prong plug to charge it up doesn't charge - The charger is showing a green light when plugged in
Can you plug those 2 prong plugs into "adapters" and use them on normal 240v plugs as I've done with my electric toothbrush?

Brand new trimmer with two prong plug to charge it up doesn't charge and it worked straight out of the box - The charger is showing a green light when plugged in

Can you plug those 2 prong plugs into "adapters" and use them on normal 240v plugs as I've done with my electric toothbrush?

What does the input voltage say?

Thanks for your help Eddie

Green light goes on when charging so unless it's first charge requires many more hours than 10 I can't think what the problem could be
I've got the receipt so I'll take it back to the shop and exchange it for another one

Mine (not a Braun) takes all day to charge and the light doesn`t change so try charging longer?

Thanks - for your suggestions!
I think the issue was 2 x issues

Issue 1: I didn't charge it long enough
Issue 2: When I first used it I used it in damp wet conditions and the little cutting part being two metal blades was left wet and it somehow caused it to "stick" or rust so when I tried switching it on it just didn't work because it wasn't powerful enough to move the two cutting blades - I removed the "head" which allowed the rotor shaft length to turn and I saw it was working and that's how I worked out what the issue was

Thanks for your help! Issue solved
