Brexit - a reality check!

I genuinely believe there will be benefits. Not enough to make it the best choice but there will be some.
Would be good to actually see some. Despite asking for them, nobody can produce any.
There was a long list shown recently but turned out it was wrong.

You saying it was wrong doesn't make it wrong.

Who mentioned Covid tests or certificates?
I did. In relation to the EU's lackness regarding covid checking. If they don’t bother checking that, what else won’t they bother checking? Ive already said, my sister went to Seville a few weeks ago and they didn’t even look at let alone stamp her passport.

You will need a visa for travel to EU, it was known at the referendum.
You just dont believe it ?
So will many other countries. Feck all to do with the referendum. I wonder if the €7 and a couple of minutes on the internet for a three year visa will put people off of travelling because of the cost and all the aggro?

So if I get away with speeding, I'm free to drive while under the influence, or some other indiscretion?
It doesn't work like that, as I'm sure you're aware.
You have to have the correct paperwork, finance, etc in case your documents are checked. Whether they are or not is not the point.

So, one of those funny things that people sometimes take away on holiday with them? What’s the name of it…..let me think….oh yes, a CREDIT CARD!

A credit card does not guarantee that you have sufficient funds.
You also need a hotel booking, or similar, or additional funds available. You may need a return plane or ferry booking, etc.

the Daily Express :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

the whole article is based on a tweet, it lists a selection of manufacturers -many of which are not English, some are only relocations -all totally meaningless

No, you don’t.
I usually find it's best if you read the whole sentence.
Of course if you want to simply address part of the sentence, when the rest provides the required additional information, that's up to you.

In addition, I'm sure your days of slinging your guitar on your back, or having your saxophone in your hand, with the intention of busking round Europe are well and truly over.
Unfortunately, those days are also over for all the young British people as well now. It's no longer possible to go bumming round Europe during the summer holidays, busking or taking casual work when depleted funds demand.

Great. If that also means we won’t get young Europeans bumming around the U.K. too, doing casual work which deprives British workers on proper wages paying tax and insurance.

Group School trips have already been affected, EU school aged children now need their own individual passport.

Casual workers no longer want to come to UK to work. That's why there are fruit and vegetables rotting in the fields.

Perhaps farmers should try planting only what they can pick. I mean, if you were a farmer, would you keep on planting stuff that you would have to leave to rot?
