That must be fake news, unless they have all passport expiring in the next 2 months already printed and with issue date incredibly guessed.
If documents to validate application were signed for yesterday at 11:30 and we received the passport today at 10am, how the hell did they check the documents, passed the info to the polish, print it in poland and got it to my door in 24 hours???
Also, are you aware that you can pay extra for an immediate passport?
Do they have teleportation from poland?
Maybe what you mean is that the blank pages and covers are mass printed in poland and then shipped to uk, where they print the important bits with your info, pictures, holograms and security ink and put it together with the other useless blank pages printed in poland.
Is that what you mean?

The passport is produced in Poland, however the security details and personal information is printed in the UK before issue.
