I try to keep bread to a minimum and only fresh wholemeal stuff not bread that lasts 2 weeks. I do eat like a saint most of the time until Fridays where i drink and eat like a man possessed.
My magic potion is first thing ev morning. 1.5 sticks of celery, handful of spinach, blueberries or raspberries, thumb of ginger, 500ml of water in the wizzer. I drink it on the way into work or before gym wack that back with some garlic tabs/fish oil and a splash of Arginine. It completely levels me i love it!
