Just look out for puddles underneath it. Maybe keep a bucket handy

Think its already been there and done that its in the loft and at some point in the past it has leaked (old water marks) not sure what would of caused it! It has got a newish expansion tank fitted externally.

The 24i will be on a "Reduced" Part list. That can range from anything, case to something major, this isn't uncommon on many makes, mostly on appliances over 10 years old.

If its working with no problems, then thats good news for you, at least you've been advised
