True, but I think you're you're quibbling, since I think "you know what I meant" :)

To spell it out ... I was suggesting that it's probable that an installation designed/installed entirely to some other country's regulations would end up with at least some of the non-compliances being coded as C2s (or maybe even C1s) on an EICR.
