Is there spark at the plug now?

Forget the carb you require a spark. Just incase your not pulling it over fast enough while holding the plug to see a spark put a teaspoon of 2T fuel in the plug hole, yank it over and see if it fires..if you have carb cleaner you could give it a shot into the carb intake with filter removed. instead
I don’t recognise the machine but the carb is a Chinese Walbro.
The cut out wires are the red and black ones in the first photo. One will go to the switch, the other one back to the metal engine.
