BT Studio 1500 problem in warm weather.

In extreme heat such as today phone goes off(even during a call) usually between 3pm and 6pm.

The phones keep flashing 'BASE'.

The electrical plug to the wall socket has to be unplugged a couple of times and usually works again.

Today it went off again in the same way when someone was tring to call!

Should we buy new phones?

Hi, Could possibly be heat related. Either the base station is crashing or maybe the transformer is getting too hot.

If you can try moving it to another location (a cooler place) and see if it stops happening.

Loss of power or other failure is one good reason for having at least one normal plain and simple plug in phone for use in emergency.
