Bticino 344202 intercom handset replacement

I have a Bticino 344202 (2-wire version not 334202 5-wire version) handset in my flat. Recently, it has been malfunctioning. When someone presses the button outside, the handset immediately picks up the call instead of ringing, preventing me from hearing the incoming call. Despite troubleshooting and online research, I haven't been able to resolve the issue.

I attempted to replace it with a Bticino 344242, but while the door can be unlocked remotely, the handset still doesn't ring. This suggests that the 344242 is incompatible with my existing system or 344202.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue or advise on where I can purchase a replacement 344202 handset or any compatible handset?
