Buderus 800-43, always running?

Hello knowledgable folk,
I've got a Buderus 800-43 in my house, it's working ok & producing HW & CH.
Problem is, it always sounds like it's running, even when not firing to produce HW/CH there's a pump running, not sure if this is normal?
also struggling to find an engineer who works on these, I'm in SE London
