Building regs - extractor fan

Hello
I would appreciate it if anyone could confirm if the regs require for an extractor fan to be fitted in a small extension which will contain a washing machine & tumble dryer?

There will be no sink fitted if that makes any difference.

If it is a separate utility room, you would need a fan to comply.
