Three GU10 bulbs in wife's craft room show as offline with Smart Life, but google home shows and using voice commands with the Nest Mini speakers still works turning lights on/off. Not too bothered that I can't control with smart life, but can't see how I can rest the bulbs in question?
Worth a try, although the 4 lamps in the room are on the original light switch, and one method to turn them on, is to turn them off and on again. The pendent lamp still works as it should, it is just the GU10 lamps which have the problem.
Which smart bulbs can be quirky like that, yeah. A full reset (turning them on fast a few times), sometimes, works. Most of the time if they’re still acting up I just re add them in the app and they’re fine.
I think smart life reports offline if they are not connected to internet but still have local connection via your Wi-Fi .Are you able to switch while away from home ?
