Ask the families of victims of the 7/7 bombings etc what they would do with those behind the bombings. An eye for an eye!

Odd isn't it. There are sections within certain communities, especially in some of the old Northern Mill towns where they are actively seeking Sharia Law. Odd how they don't practice hat they preach.

The best comeuppance recently for a matador, was when the bull caught him off guard, and speared him right up the jacksy with his horn. The matador needed some serious reconstructive surgery on his lower soil pipe. Chalk one up to the bulls.

It's a bit disturbing that animal abuse seems to be a national obsession with the Spanish. Yes, we had fox hunting, but this was mainly committed by a few knobs with more money than sense and their yokel followers. The difference was, it wasn't a national spectator sport. In the middle ages, we did have bear-bating, but unlike the Spaniards, we have evolved and developed and left behind medieval practices and customs.

One thing that has been forgotten is the horses that also have to go into the ring, and very often end up being gored by the bull. It's good to see that the Spanish are losing interest in the sadistic bull fighting 'tradition'.

Yes, the RSPCA and other animal welfare organisations seem strangely quiet on this subject. For decades, the UK has been improving conditions for livestock, but by allowing these religious slaughter methods, we have taken a massive step backwards.

We mustn't upset the minorities though, even if unnecessary suffering is the result.

Bull fighting is a Spanish tradition and part of the culture - what rights have we got to change that tradition?

In parts of the Middle East you have your hand chopped off if your caught stealing, we don't protest about that happening, yet is is more barbaric, but keeps crime levels low!
The EU has FAR too much say and interferes too much in domestic matters. It is about time its powers are dramatically reduced.

What's wrong with that? Are you happy with what thieves get for stealing in this country?
