Butt hinge pin removal with door closed

Can you recommend a good anti-snap brand for a lock that can be configured? We need multiple locks on the same key.

I recommend ABS or Ultion although there are others, need to be TS007 3 star diamond rated, buy through a locksmith/ironmonger and get them keyed alike, probably won't be cheap though

They can be key-aliked, but don't seem to come in thumbturns. I also have thumbturn, key-aliked Yale Superior locks, but they are only 1 star, but that's OK with a 2-star handle?
