But you miss the point, oyur not qualified to fit an alarm. Not even DIY. As you have not read anything or ingested anything needed.
I seriously hope you have not tried to connect anything to the mains either.

I'm just trying to learn and understand as it's the first alarm I've ever installed, we all have to start somewhere. It confused me when it said BATT+ and - made me think connect to battery not put a link in between the + and -. as Scott said.

Anyway Alarm thanks for you help.

BTW Please don't make assumptions.

I can only "assume" as you think Twin and Earth is suitable to connect a SAB to the panel battery, that you have not a clue.

That then makes me feel I should warn you of the dangers of 230vac.

Thank's for your concern fully aware of the dangers of 230Vac and I didn't think 1.5mm t+e was suitable but as that is all I had I thought I'd ask, obviously thanks to you and Scott I now know it's not needed.
