Hi
Putting flush S/O's in and having to chase the wall out, right down to the skirting, then behind the skirting probably through a trapped board to the wall below the floor. I then try to drill into the channel under the floor. This method works ok but it infrequently ends up damaging the skirting slightly. I drill everything first to make it easier.
Just wondered if any of you lot have any better way to do this or any tips or tricks I hadn't thought of.
Thanks in advance for any info.

forgot to mention they are stained wooden skirting boards (obviously on the ones you paint you just fill them so it is easy)
