If it's a new build conservatory then the cable normally gets laid in the cavity. If it's an existing, then try and back through from the house where possible, wire horizontally between sockets (chopping out to plaster depth won't effect the structure) or wire in mini trunking on surface, or you could put in steel conduit if you want to run outside the zones (but that's not a diy job)
