Cameras with lights

Talk to me about security lights with cameras (e.g., Eufy Floodlight Cameras, Yale's Floodlight Camera). Are they any good? Which are the most discreet? Do you have any recommendations?

I've used the Eufy S100. From a distance it looks like a light. Close up it says Eufy Security on the bottom light and the camera is plain to see. I haven't used any other camera/light combination.

It depends what you mean by discreet, normally it should be made obvious to people that they are being recorded.
