Past retirement age but still working as a sub contract joinery foreman out on site. This is partly because I still like my job and I'm still learning stuff, especially on listed building renovations, but also in terms of new techniques and materials. I am still very much hands on (I.e. what they used to call a "working" foreman). I've been around a few branches of the trade over the years
