Can I identify what pipes on a manifold connect to a specific radiator?

I have 10mm microbore from a manifold under the boiler supplying 5 rads downstairs. The pipework is buried under the concrete floor.
I found a damaged loop under the floor which must have previously supplied a rad no longer there. British Gas have now capped it off. As the loop is no longer there I’ve read that this increases the chances of a clog up.
I was wondering if I could identify those two pipes at the manifold and cap them there?

There should be no loops.
To identify pipes.....Turn off all rads and open each one individually to see which pipes are getting hot.
