bathjobby.. i have to say i'm no expert, but i did manage to do it eventualy... the strip needs to move along the same line as the glass for a short distance, and then away from the glass towards you. The problem is that like most things, if you don't understand the technical composition, then no amount of muscle will help. All i would say is be careful.. maybe put a cloth between your knife and window bar... i've ruined the edge of mine and it looks a bit of a mess.
