Can't get to outside of flue

My boiler which is in the kitchen on the ground floor is being replaced. The replacement is a combi in the bathroom on the first floor with the flue out the back wall. Immediately below the bathroom is a conservatory. This prevents access to the new flue from the outside. How to seal/weatherproof the new flue/flue hole ?

Your rgi will able to sort this for you. He should have weather sealed it for you before commissioning the boiler.

A pointing trowel attached to a long rod being the norm in situations like yours..
....or hire a team of abseilers maybe?????....would demolishing the conservatory be an option?

Sorry Baz, but why haven't you asked the installers. I suspect you're a little perplexed as how they'll get access to the flue to seal around it, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if they'll just drill through the wall, shove the flue out, and leave it at that. When you talk to them, make sure they've got adequate insurance in case they break the conservatory roof.

Same way as you'd get to the gutters/fascia/roof above the conservatory.

Check the boiler manufacturer's instructions. Some (older Vaillant, don't know about more recent ones) consider fitting the rubber seal, pushing the flue and seal through the hole from inside, then pulling back once seal has re-expanded, provides a sufficient seal. Personally don't like the idea, but if they say its good enough, who am I to argue.
