Car trailer parked on my private road - how to get it removed

I got one of those WhatsApp scam messages, that goes "Dad, I lost my phone, this is my new number...."

I replied, "I keep telling you, I'm no longer responsible for you now. You're 79 for Christ's sake."

I got one yesterday;
Hi Mum, I'm texting you off a friends phone I've smashed mine and their phones about to die, can you whatsapp my new number 07425713498.
It came from 07425712349. Note that the first seven numbers of both are the same, very unusual.
I wish I was able to send each number thousands of spam texts.

Go to a porn website and register for marketing material with those numbers but with fake details.
If it asks for an email address, just make a scrap one on gmail so to be able to click on the confirmation email and activate the account.
They'll be spammed like mad and hopefully they'll come to an unblockable number, similar to the nhs or some couriers.

There are a few folk on YT that do a great job of taking the p1ss out of scammers e.g. the ones that pertain to be Microsoft and want £100 to fix your computer (that isn't actually broken).

They do things like keep them talking (acting thick, reeling the scammer in) and the tech savvy ones take remote control of the scammers computer, start deleting files etc. What's funny is watching the scammer getting angry because they're going to be inconvenienced.

As far as I'm concerned, they're scum of the highest order. The only scammers I'd have sympathy with are any that don't realise they're being employed as a scammer, which does sometimes happen i.e. they think the business is legitimate.

Scan and post the relevant clauses of the ROW, so we can see exactly what the conditions are? (obv's redact personal details)

I would be careful about writing a letter - I've just spotted that these people could be as old as 60+. At that age a letter could easily cause a heart attack and they've probably forgotten how to read anyway.
