A variation on this theme is "Drunken mate buckaroo", which was invented on the last night of a holiday in Tenerife after one of our number passed out on his bed. If you place a toilet roll on their forehead, it provides a nice flat surface to stack additional stuff.
Most surprising item was a large lump of ice that did not cause him to wake up.
