you will need a multimeter / continuity tester to tell which is which easily

1 - Loop In - You have already identified this as this is the cable that appears live
2 - Loop Out - Goes to the next light
3 - Switch Wire - Might be two reds / two browns or a red+black/brown+ blue with the neutral sleeved in the appropriate line conductor colour

If the switch wire is not twin colours or sleeved you will need to test the two dead wires for continuity whilst switching the light switch, the swich wire will close when you close the switch

then wire up like so:

If you do not have any test equipment, note down and mark up the cable accordingly.
Providing you have standard T&E using three sets of red/black/yellow and green (or brown/blue/yellow and green).
It is likely to be as follows:
You will have a loop connection for your phase where all the reds (or browns) are connected together.
One red(brown) will be the supply from previous fitting.
One red(brown) will be feeding next fitting on circuit
The third red(brown) will be connected to your switch.
This will then be feed back to light fitting, likely to be black (blue) which should be marked up with red(brown) sleeving, this will be terminated at the live side of the fitting. (Don't confuse this with the neutral conductors)
Then you will have two black(blue) neutral conductors that terminate at the neutral side of fitting. (These are supply and feed neutrals)
The CPC(earths) yellow/green are terminated at the earth terminal.
