Yep i know but he kinda serviced the bolier ( spent far longer on the bolier than the pump ) too
No matter what it was always going to run over 30 min and thus be the second tier BG repair and cost £199. I actually asked if he had any repairs under 30min and thus come under the £79 BG fee and he said only basic stuff like bleeding a radiator!
Because bascially it's repair - test and write the report. He took about 15 minutes to write my report mydown , gas figures etc etc
