Central heating pump running constantly and boiler misfiring

Interestingly too even if I turn off the pump now. The boiler will still whir as if its going to fire up.

Well, as others have said, probably a job for a decent heating engineer (sounds like you’re struggling to find one though). If you could find the voltage then that’s half the battle.

If boiler AND pump running on the it's a MCV issue as microswitch is remaining depressed.

I have had someone look at the MCVs and one was replaced as was stuck.
The others appear to be operating, I can them open when I call for demand on the correlating area.

The valve stuck, or the microswitch?

The microswitch closes when the valve opens, but can stick closed.
