Your quotes are to put it mildly taking the pish agile is far nearer the mark ,a full install is sometimes easier than a replacement and reconfigure some rads

Commenting /giving prices on installs is flicking pointless on a forum anyway.

It is and it isnt i could price up 90 % of the jobs in my town without even looking at them purely through experience and not make any major fek ups .

Quick update on this - we got a quote offering to do the work for £4400, and we accepted it back in October. The work was done within a month and we're very happy with it. It would probably have been cheaper if we'd done it in the middle of summer instead of the start of winter, but we didn't want to wait any longer

Thanks to everyone that posted. It was very useful to get some opinions and ballpark figures
