We have recently moved house, and our new home had an updated oil-fired central heating system installed two years ago.
The Heating temperature is set by a wireless Drayton Digistat, and the Hot Water cylinder has an immersion heater, a Honeywell tank thermostat set at 65 degs, and a connection from a Honeywell mid position diverter valve.
The Heating and Hot Water programmer is a Honeywell ST699.
We have been using the central heating recently but noticed a problem.
The heating half of the system works, but the hot water doesn't.
In other words, whether we select "Hot Water" or "Heating & Hot Water" on the Honeywell programmer, we only get heating and not hot water.
For hot water we have to switch on the cylinder immersion heater.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
