Changes to bungalow layout

The current width of the bath tub is too small. I did consider removing the wall early on but it still wouldn't have created the size of a bathroom that we are looking for.

I knew it would be some kind of bathroom acrobatics.
Can the basin be moved on the wall between the toilet and the toilet door - to allow for a wider bath?
(And still block up the bathroom door.)

Sadly not enough space to do this, or to change the direction of the bathtub in it's current setup.

I wasn't going to change the direction of the bath tub.

How about block up the toilet door, and fit a corner basin in that corner/fit a standard basin where the toilet door currently is.
And keep the bathroom doorway, but have the door open outwards.
And just extend some of the wall near where the basin currently is to allow for a wider bath.

Wider bath where basin is, block up bathroom door, toilet where bath taps are shown now then basin where toilet is mounted on either of the walls to suit.

I'd then rehang the toilet door to open inwards.

Knock out the wall, as suggested, and consider a corner bath unit with a shower attachment. Perhaps a toilet attached directly to the wall, leaving floor space underneath to give an impression of a larger area.
