I was very bored once and tried a few, one of them was a dog one. I thought, OK I'm going to ask about a particular breed of dog I am interested in buying, but when I went in, everything was in Arabic. It wasn't called "Dogs for Arabs" or "Arabic speaking dog lovers". There was a radio thing you could listen to which was Muslim calling to prayer and I did recognise the Arabic for Allah sometimes.

Apologies if this is a silly question, but isn't Allah the Arabic for Allah ? Like asking what the french word for Sorbet is ?
