No in all seriousness I would never even dream of instigating such against another member, regardless of how much we disagreed.

I think its a real bad day for freedom of speech and can't help feeling the ruling classes don't like us exchanging views like we do.

I don't think the libel case was brought because someone simply said some hurtful things rather that the statements were not only false but extremely damaging.

It's one thing telling someone they are a chump because you don't like their argument, it's quite another to say they are a paedophile, rapist, arsonist, etc. That sort of behaviour can inflict devastating damage to an individual and their family - why should it go unchecked?
