The thickness of a radiator is only important when a system is incorrectly fitted or the radiator is corroding. I'm sure the OP will ensure neither of these things will happen.

So go peddle your dodgy gear on ebay son, you know nothing.

It's really disappointing when people offer nonconstructive criticism. RadarBailey don't take my word for it or DeltaT, just consider the fact that the the best radiator manufacturers use 1.2mm steel and offer a longer guarantee period and make your own mind up. I'm not peddling anything so I'm not sure what DeltaT is on about.
