Chlorinated chicken is on the menu.

Looks like Gove and Villiers were lying. Now who would have thought that.

Here is Gove saying No

Project Reality.

The US will push for reducing requirements rules of origin so you wouldn't know where the chicken is from anyway.

The chicken already produced under eu guide lines is far from healthy boyo.
And only a matter of time before an avian flu jumps species in a major way and makes covid 19 look harmless.
You haven't a clue boyo apart from what you trawl from the net.

LOL, the EU are currently negotiating with Canada 'anti bacterial interventions' (that's chlorinating to you) on beef exports from Canada to the EU.

Ryler it is you that hasnt got a clue.

US welfare standards are far lower than the UKs -and if the UK accept a lower standard as part of a trade deal package then we are in a situation where either the UK farmers cant compete on production costs, or the UK standards will drop down to the US standards.

sounds like you voted for lowering standards.

interesting report which alludes to your claim, although its far from clear that the EU are actively negotiating, it seems more to do with CETA dispute bodies.

Its also interesting the the report rather shows that the EU is democratic, so you are rather arguing against your own ideals :ROFLMAO:

CONCLUSIONOur access to information documents only give us a small glimpse into the inner workings of the CETA committees, but so far the view confirms our suspicions. In many instan-ces, the European Commission has attempted to calm fears around how these regulatory cooperation committees would work arguing that they are not anti-democratic, that they will not weaken European legislation, and that those who claim otherwise are ill-informed. They point to ineffective mecha-nisms such as the CETA Joint Interpretative Declaration that is supposed to protect the precautionary principle, a funda-mental pillar of European Law.

You think filly deals in facts?

The EU have already dropped their ban on beef washed in lactic Acid, talks about other 'anti bacterial interventions' are ongoing.
