Citroen dispatch 2001 starter fuse?

Hi.... my dispatch has today decided to not start.
I turn key and wait til the plug light goes out, turn the key further snf nothing..just wondered if there was a fuse or relay or both...there are no diagrams on the glove box one and havent got a workshop manual.

Could of course be a flat battery, do the panel lights go out when you turn the key? Alternatively a poor connection on the battery terminals would have the same effect. If the battery is OK then you either have a faulty starter motor or failure of the supply to the solenoid, possibly the ignition switch.

You can check by running a wire from the battery + terminal and just touching it on the small terminal on the starter which should bring it to life if the motor is OK.
