classic tribune unvented cylinder pressure releif valves????

on my cylinder i have 2 pressure releif valves, i understand the purpose and need for the one in the hot water part of the cylinder. the other one is in the cold water line, can anyone please explaian the purpose of this valve, as mine is dripping cold water out of the system, any remedys ideas would be greatly appreciated

The one on the cold main is for the pressure reducing valve. Usually set at 6-8bar depending on manufacturer. The pressure reducing valve gets scaled / worn and can cause the problem your having.

Remedy wise, an engineer qualified in unvented water storage should be repairing it
