Have you thought about the new Baxi backboiler condensing version?

This is very true, although I have not seen one as yet, must be some sort of internal pump for condensation. Well done Baxi.

Yes, it does have a built-in condense pump. Though I'm wondering whether this would be too noisy for a sitting room.

We've been offered one to try on our housing stock. Could be a great option where space is limited.

A lot of back boilers I service have the pump within the breast wall, can`t see it being as big or as noisy, never heard complaints in that scenario.

the condense pumps are alot noisier than circulators and as the noise is intermittent you tend to notice it more, especially at night or when the tv goes silent.

Don't you know who I think I am?

D*ick head? Everyone knows what you are, unfortunately it doesn`t quite match up to your quote. Sorry.

some people know what I am, clearly you don't. What is plainly obvious is you are a charlatan. It never ceases to amaze me that people want to come on a forum about a trade they are not in and pretend to be an expert by looking up info on the net. Its quite sad, but hey, carry on if you must, its sometimes amusing seeing you tie yourself up, then getting abusive when found out. as above. The abuse just proves me right.

why bother what? pointing out that your an RGI wannabe? Its helpful information to any poor soul having you post on their thread. I'm not picking on you, just providing useful info to other forum users.

So there are no rules about the maximum weight of a combi you can lift into a loft? Just as long you have a loft ladder, boarding and lighting.

Worth remembering boilers can and do leak
A water leak or condensation?

Thankyou
