Hi noticed the front door has dropped again.
The installer came back out and tried to lift the door but apparently the hinge now needs packing out as there's no room to adjust the door?? He tried to adjust it but it wouldn't hold?
We've had constant problems since it was installed, with me having to call them out every year.
I mentioned to them yesterday that I was stressing that once the 10 year warranty ends it's going to be a nightmare but then got told the doors covered with a 10 year warranty but the rubber strip and hinges etc aren't and that there going to start to have to charge?
I'm at a loss as to what to do with it now kinda wish I'd just left the old door now.
I'm constantly having to get them to lift the door due to it dropping which means they have to replace the seal at the bottom, they refit the frame the previous year, which has helped, but if there's no movement when trying to adjust the hinges how can I ever sort it out in the future?
