The picture appears to show a solid concrete or stone cover, where is the steel plate ?
It never had one...i found it under soil of my garden, while scraping soil off I nearly ended up down it. When lids off I'll take a pic....but it is just a normal polypipe tray in the bottom, nothing special.....thought it was main sewer or summat but its just the house pipes.
