I've got my own procedure. disconnect it, pack up tools, and tell the customer close to the door its been capped

I don't have any problem with the fact he condemed it as if I did i would not have it serviced every year to make sure it is ok. It was only the length he went to disconnect it

Since when has BG taken a case off for a safety check.

One of these days I'm gonna strip a boiler and just leave the case on the wall, to see if they notice.
