A house I'm looking at buying has the condensate pipe from the boiler (Bosch Greenstar something-or-other combi) running down into the garage, and then into a bucket.
It wouldn't be impossible to have it drain correctly - not least because it's in the kitchen and I'm a bit puzzled that they took this step when they installed it.
Does this imply that there might be other corners cut on the installation?
