I also have had Tri Iso fitted on rafters below felts in order to prevent condensation n felts but like you have had condensation dripping from joins and through holes - not as much but still a problem.
Builder suggests venting ridge. I think Tri Iso no good for this so builder suggests putting it on floor of loft.
