Well, 30mA would be a start........and a current rating of ATLEAST 40amp!
30ma trip and current rating at least as big as the MCB you use, personally i'd go for a 63A incomer to give a bit of flexibility to upgrade the shower circuit or add a second circuit (2 slot units seem far more common than 1 slot).
