Consumer Unit

I'm thinking of getting my fuse box changed to a consumer unit.

Can anyone suggest a ballpark figure for this in the Leeds area.

This is the current setup:

It looks to be only the top fuse box thats in use the rest have nothing connected so would ideally be removed at the same time.

Even with a photo it will be difficult to give an estimate. The cost will depend greatly on the amount of remedial work required to the existing circuits, which you can't see from a photo of an existing consumer unit.

Based on my experience of having recently purchased a house - the stuff that's lurking in lofts and under floorboards, even in an installation that looks otherwise "ok" - can be quite surprising!
