Cooking! A recipe for making fruit ice cream.

Can anyone outline or point to a web site with a simple recipe for making ice cream containing fruit using a blender and a freezer but not a specific ice cream maker machine?

Easy.

Take double cream, whipped. Fold it into a can of condensed milk (Don't forget to unwrap it first!)

Add fruit puree of your choice then freeze.

BUT the important bit is to agitate it every 30mins or so.

So, twice an hour, open the freezer and shout, "Come on! Hurry up you useless pile of sub-zero dairy produce, you!"
