cool radiator

after getting bypass fitted for new boiler one of the radiators has remained fairly cool i hosed it out but no difference heat at pipe on lockshield but not at pipe connected to thermostatic valve - radiator remains warm at top
any advice would be appreciated

it sounds like you may need your heating circuit flushed as there may be a blockage in the flow at some point otherwise try a new TRV
